PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an image of a screen cannot be grasped after an image is stuck to a virtual three-dimensional object at the time of imaging and the problem that a user is required to move the frame of a cutting range and do cutting operation, requiring time and labor on the part of the user. SOLUTION: A cellular phone 10 with a camera serving as an image processor comprises a display part 16 (display means) by which an image being picked up and a frame image 27 having a translucent area 27a corresponding to a feature position (e.g., face) of a character 28 previously stored in a memory part 14 (image storage means) are combined and displayed as a preview; an imaging part 12 (imaging means) for picking up the image displayed as the preview on the display part 16; and a CPU 13 (image processing means) which causes the image information picked up by the imaging part 12 to be stuck to the feature position of the character 28.
