PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin having excellent adhesiveness as a coating film to both of non-polar materials and polar materials and excellent weather resistance, resistant to the separation of the resin in a state of a resin solution and exhibiting excellent heat-sealability at a low temperature and provide a production method and use of the resin. SOLUTION: The resin having a co-continuous structure is composed of a thermoplastic elastomer (A) or an elastomer produced by modifying at least a part of the thermoplastic elastomer (A), optionally a polyolefin (B) and a polymer (D) derived from a monomer (C) at least containing a monomer having anα,β-monoethylenic unsaturated group.
