PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for increasing certainty for correct driver's wearing of a safety belt and ensuring driver's safety. SOLUTION: This safety device for a working vehicle of driver's cab elevation type provided with a driver's cab provided with an operation device for driving so as to elevate and lower is provided with a position detection means for detecting a position of a belt of the safety belt composed of a lanyard connected with the driver's cab for use and the belt and a driving control means for allowing driving by operating the operation device when it is detected that the belt is in the vicinity of driver's waist height by the position detection means and regulating driving when it is not detected.
