PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outgassing preventing device actuated with tension having a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The device has a tubular nipple body 2 and a tubular slide body 4 slidably mounted in a tube of the nipple body 2. A hose H is mounted on a base end of the slide body 4. When tensile force is generated in the hose H, the slide body 4 moves to a gas stopping position from a normal position. A valve means 5 provided on the nipple body 2 closes a gas channel in the nipple body 2. The positioning means for positioning the slide body 4 at the normal position is provided between the nipple body 2 and the slide body 4. The positioning means has a locking part 63 formed in the nipple body 2, and an elastic locking member 40 integrally formed with the slide body 4. By locking the elastic locking part 40 in the locking part 63, the slide body 4 is positioned at the normal position. When the tensile force more than prescribed level is generated in the hose H, the elastic locking part 40 is elastically transformed to be released from the locking part 63, whereby the slide body 4 can be moved to the gas stopping position.
