PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the skeleton structure of a building, by which the concentration of a deformation to the end section of a beam as a joining section with an RC-constructed column can be relaxed and the building having excellent strength and balance can be built and which is advantageous for promoting recycling after disassembly and the standardization of a building member. SOLUTION: In the skeleton structure of the building in which columns 10 and the beams 20 are joined, the beams 20 are composed of mixed structures having concrete members 22 positioned at least at both end sections of the beams and joined with the columns and steel framed-constructed sections 24 positioned between both concrete members 22 and joined at end sections on the beam central sides of the members 22. The columns 10 and the members 22 are joined while the members 22 and the steel framed-constructed sections 24 are joined by fixing one end sections of the PC steel materials 30 stretched by inserting the columns 10 and the members 22 at each end section of the steel framed-constructed sections 24.
