PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the freedom in the surface processing of an ALC (autclaved lightweight concrete) panel and to obtain arbitrary surface texture economically, in a surface processing apparatus for the ALC panel used, for example, as the outer wall material of a building. SOLUTION: A surface processing tool having a plurality of holders having processing members such as processing pawls or the like in the peripheral direction of a rotary body with the holders being swingably attached to the rotary body can be made moved to an arbitrary position on the surface of the ALC panel to be processed. The surface processing tool is constituted, for example, by opposedly arranging at least a pair of rotary discs at a predetermined interval as the rotary body, swingably attaching a plurality of the holders between the two rotary discs through a support shaft and providing a scrape-up bar for regulating the swinging range of each of the holders and applying scrape-up force to each of the processing members at the time of processing.
