<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor, more improved in slidability and having high reliability. <P>SOLUTION: In this compressor, the surfaces 8c, 8d of a swash plate 8 and flat surfaces 9c, 9d of shoes 9a, 9b are slid relatively to each other. A sliding film C is applied to the surfaces 8c, 8d of the swash plate 8. The sliding film C is formed of polyamide-imide resin at least containing a solid lubricant, and the polyamide-imide resin has a glass transition temperature of 270°C or higher and tensile strength of 200MPa or more at ordinary temperature. Further the imide group has a larger amount than the amide group. In the case where the swash plate 8 has a base part 81 made of an aluminum-based metal, preferably the sliding film C is formed on the base part 81 through an intermediate layer M made of anodized aluminum. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
