<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health management system enabling the mutual use of health information or living information of a user by easily acquiring and sharing the information in a plurality of environments. <P>SOLUTION: In the health management system 100, the user enters information for living to a check form 4 by use of an electronic pen 10. A terminal device 25 specifies and manages the living information based on an entry position coordinate on a dot pattern included in the entry data to the check form 4 by the user. On the other hand, in a hospital 50, a doctor or the like enters information for the health of the user to a health notebook 3 by use of the electronic pen 10. A hospital server 5 specifies and manages the health information based on an entry position coordinate on a dot pattern included in the entry data to the health notebook 3 by the doctor or the like. The terminal device 25 and the hospital server 5 mutually exchange the living information and health information managed by themselves. After the exchange, the hospital server 5 stores the health information and living information as hospital information.
