PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple constitution using the few number of using components and to realize an easy size reduction in an antenna device used for a keyless entry system for mainly remotely operating locking and unlocking of the door of a vehicle, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The antenna device includes an antenna 11 and a plurality of conductive pieces 15-20 coated with a case 25 by insert molding so that the antenna 11 is held with holding parts 15A and 16A of the conductive pieces 15 and 16; electronic components 6, such as a capacitor 6A, a resistor 6B, etc., connected to electrodes 17A-20A of the conductive pieces 17-20 in such a manner that a coil 14 of the antenna 11 and the electronic components 6 are connected by the plurality of conductive pieces. Thus, since a wiring board, a cover, etc. are not required, the number of the using components is few to the simple constitution, and the size reduction is easily realized.
