PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a down-sized DC relay in spite of a simpler structure in a breaking mechanism of DC high voltage capable of current adjustment. SOLUTION: The relay is provided with a resistor 2 capable of limiting supply of power to a load, a first breaking part connected in series with the resistor 2, and a second breaking part connected in parallel with the resistor 2. The first breaking part is provided with a first input contact 30a as well as a first output contact 30b capable of being connected to a high-potential side of a power source V, a second output contact 31a as well as a second input contact 31b capable of being connected to a low-potential side of of the power source V through the load, and a first drive part simultaneously switching the first and the second contacts.
