DEVICE AND METHOD FOR REPRODUCING MUSICAL PIECE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a musical piece reproducing device and method capable of reproducing a musical piece corresponding to a current user's mood without requiring user's complicated operation. SOLUTION: A candidate musical piece specification part specifies a musical piece of which the value of a 1st factor included in a musical piece parameter is larger than the value of a 1st factor of a musical piece being reproduced at present out of respective musical pieces as a 1st candidate musical piece and specifies a musical piece of which the value of a 1st factor is smaller than the 1st factor of the musical piece being reproduced at preset out of respective musical pieces as a 2nd candidate musical piece. When the data of a musical piece are reproduced by a reproducing part, a display control part displays the musical piece information of the 1st and 2nd candidate musical pieces so that coordinate positions in impression space constituted of factors of musical piece parameters are reflected to positions on a display screen.
