PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost card type information terminal device which is easily structured and assembled and reduces costs, and which is used for a mobile communication terminal device. SOLUTION: A card type information terminal device 1 comprises a substrate 7 provided within a card-like case, a chip antenna 11 which is provided on the substrate 7 for transmitting/receiving radio waves, and a bar-like non-feeding element 13 which has a conductor extending in one direction and is electrically insulated from the chip antenna 11 and provided near the chip antenna 11 on the substrate 7. Furthermore, the card type information terminal device comprises a movable mechanism 15 which holds the base end 13a of the non-feeding element 13 in a case 6 and supports the non-feeding element 13 from a storage state of lying on the substrate 7 to an erection state of separating its top end from the substrate 7 so as to be turned with the base end 13a as a center, and a communication control circuit section 8 which is electrically connected with the chip antenna 11 and controls the transmission/reception of radio waves.
