PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water supply type heater that automatically executes a sticking preventing operation for preventing a stagnant circulating fluid from sticking movable parts in a secondary circulating fluid circuit if heating has not been used for a long period. SOLUTION: A warm water controller 22 actuates a second feed pump 42 for a given operation if a heating operation using a floor heater 50 and a bathroom heater/dryer 60 has not been executed for a first given time D1. This means that, if a heating operation has been executed within, for example, past twenty-four hours as the first given time T1, the given operation as a stick preventing operation is not executed, but if a heating operation has not been executed for a day, the second feed pump as second feeding means 42 is actuated, for example, for some two minutes as the given operation providing a stick preventing operation. Even if heating has not been used for a long period, the hot water supply type heater can automatically execute a stick preventing operation for preventing a stagnant circulating fluid from sticking movable parts in the secondary circulating fluid circuit.
