PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a new vacuum vibrating dryer with a function of preventing frozen matter growth that can avoid increase in uneven drying and drying time by preventing generation of icing at a nozzle point even when a pipelike nozzle is used and preventing generation of icing over the surface of an anti-adhesion member. SOLUTION: A freezing part 5 has a pipelike nozzle 51 for spraying a liquid material L, and the nozzle 51 is slanted down. During operation of the vacuum vibrating dryer D, vibrations of a nozzle hole 51a vibrated by vibrations of a casing 1 have both horizontal and vertical components, which can create such motion of the nozzle point as shakes off the liquid material L to prevent stagnation of the material liquid L and generation of icing I at the point of the nozzle 51.
