PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent gel having a transparent water gel form and excellent appearance and properties, free from the conversion to a sol even at a high temperature and easily soluble in warm water when thrown into a bathtub. SOLUTION: This transparent water gel for bathing agents containing gelatin and water further contains a gelling temperature controlling agent containing a nucleotide and one or more substances selected from hydroxy acids and acid amides and further contains a sterilizing agent such as an alcohol and other bathing agent component such as perfumery.
