PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioner for a vehicle for preventing dispersion of a blowing temperature even in a low setting temperature. SOLUTION: This conditioner comprises a warm water circulation line 9, a water pump 10 installed in the warm water circulation line and circulating a predetermined volume of warm water in the warm water circulation line, a heater core 5 installed in the warm water circulation line, and exchanging heats of the warm water supplied from the warm water circulation line and air blown in a compartment for heating the air, a warm water supply line 11 communicated with the warm water circulation line on one end, an exhaust water line 14 communicated with the warm water circulation line on one end, and a warm water supply line opening/closing valve 13 installed in the warm water supply line and capable of adjusting a flow rate.
