PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support structure of an on-vehicle apparatus such as an air-conditioning unit at reduced manhours, weight and cost. SOLUTION: An air-conditioning duct 10 made of resin is supported by a metal steering beam 1 fixed to a vehicle body and extended right and left. A storage groove 12x is formed in the air-conditioning duct 10. The steering beam 1 is stored in the storage groove 12x, and pressed by a pressing tool. The air-conditioning duct 10 has a body section 10x extending right and left and a leg section 15.
