PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain lead frames 51a-51i with a plurality of substantially rectangular plates 14-22 formed thereon, each provided with a specified ink channel pattern at least on one side thereof, in parallel on the inner circumferential side of a frame 52 in which each plate 14-22 is not deformed into substantially hook-shape when viewed from the arranging direction thereof even if an external force acts on each plate 14-22 at the time of cleaning a component or applying adhesive or the frame 52 is gripped at the time of stacking the lead frames 51a-51i. SOLUTION: Short side edge parts 14a-22a on two opposite sides of each plate 14-22 are connected integrally to the inner circumferential side of the frame 52 through two bridge pieces 53 and 53 of very small width. Long side edge parts 14b-22b on two opposite sides are connected integrally to the inner circumferential side of the frame 52 or the long side edge parts 14b-22b of adjacent plates 14-22 through two bridge pieces 54 and 54 of very small width.
