PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool holder for smoothly performing position adjustment of two cutting tools. SOLUTION: Two cutting tool holders (20, 21) are slidably mounted onto a base (22) through at least a pair of slide rails. In a tool holder (19) where two adjusting screw rods (25, 26) each threadedly engaged with different type of cutting holders (20, 21) are rotatably supported against the base (22) through bearings (27, 28), the two adjusting screw rods (25, 26) are arranged at a central portion between slide rails (23, 24), doubly interlocked internally and externally.
