BURR POLISHER, BURR REMOVING DEVICE, AND BURR REMOVING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burr removing device which prevents excessive polishing of a workpiece and omission of removal of a burr from a polished surface of the workpiece. SOLUTION: The burr removing device has a mounting stand 21 loaded with the workpiece 2 having an irregular polished surface 13 which is rugged upward and downward along a predetermined direction and can reciprocate in a direction perpendicular to the predetermined direction, a reciprocating means 6 for reciprocating the mounting stand 21, an elevating body 39 arranged at a location above the mounting stand 21 in a vertically movable manner, and a burr polisher vertically movably held by the elevating body 39 and abutting on the polished surface 13 of the workpiece 2 from above to thereby remove the burrs 15. A spring 36 for energizing the burr polisher 5 downward is interposed between the elevating body 39 and the burr polisher 5, and the burr polisher 5 has its polishing surface formed at least in a manner fitting to the polished surface 13 on which the burrs 15 remains.
