PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating device equipped with a balance adjusting mechanism which makes a precise balance adjustment to a rotation body. SOLUTION: A center-of-gravity position adjusting mechanism is provided with a plurality of ultrasonic motors 200 each composed of a cylindrical stator 201 and a cylindrical moving element 202 inserted in the stator 201 and filled partially with a nonmagnetic substance inside, within a plane vertical to the center axis 104d of the rotation body, wherein a center axis 202a of each ultrasonic motor 200 is held to head for the rotational center 104d of the rotation body.
