<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap capable of preventing a content from sticking in a fitting position between the cap and an opening part of a container, and surely holding airtightness in the container. <P>SOLUTION: The cap comprises a cap part 9 for sealing the opening part 5 of a container body 2, and a metering part 8 for metering the content 1 in the container body 2. The cap part 9 is provided with a fitting part 7 formed downward and having a recessed cross-section for storing the opening part 3 of the container body 2 and equipped with a sealing means 12.
