<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheltering protective garment allowing a wearer to do work in the inner side and also in the outside of the garment while protecting both hands. <P>SOLUTION: The sheltering protective garment has an observation hole 14, and is formed by integrating a head covering part 11a for covering the wearer's head, with a cloak part 11b for covering the body, both arms and both legs of the wearer.
