<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag, such as a standing pouch, for microwave heating, which does not tilt even when heated in a microwave oven, by controlling the deformation of the bag due to expansion by utilizing the shape of its side seals. <P>SOLUTION: The packaging bag (10) is constituted by forming side sealed parts (11) by sealing a bottom tape folded in two and both edges of two front/rear body films and a bottom sealed part (12) formed by sealing the edges of the lower part. Both of the side sealed parts (11) have narrow sealed parts (13) narrowed outward at around the center part of the side sealed parts (11).
