PROJECT PRE-EVALUATION METHOD

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a project pre-evaluation method capable of evaluating the influence of modification of each process on the whole process by considering an uncertain value and structural modification of each process of a project and its factors.

SOLUTION: This project pre-evaluation method executes a process including a process evaluation procedure calculating the amount of quantitative and structural modification of process planning by using information defining probability of occurrence of the modification factor (risk) of the process, the contents of influence and the degree of influence of modification of an arbitrary processes by the occurrence of the risk in a scenario format and information correcting a parameter of the scenario by using the qualitative information on the project in addition to information on constrain conditions conventionally used.
