PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently and stably suppress an increase in temperature of a low-pressure turbine case 3 by effectively developing a shielding action by a plurality of shroud segments 35. SOLUTION: An arc segment groove 53 capable of being tightly fitted to the case hook 51 of a turbine case 3 is formed in the rear end side surface of a back plate 37. The first groove plane 53fa and the second groove plane 53fb of the segment groove 53 are surface-finished by machining so that, where the length of the case hook 3 in the shroud axial direction is v and the width of the segment groove 53 is t, the expression v < t≤(v + 0.1 mm) can be established.
