PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calling device capable of inexpensively notifying the caller has transmitting a call signal that a manager side receives the calling signal. SOLUTION: This calling device 1 comprises a receiving means 10 for receiving the call signal transmitted by a caller at a specific position, a control means 11 for outputting a broadcast start signal to the specified position to a broadcasting device 13 when the call signal is received, and a message means 12 for outputting a message signal to the specified the position to the broadcasting device 13 when the call signal is received.
