PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an echo cancellation device, a program, and a speech terminal capable of suppressing the expansion of device scale and increase in processing amount even when the number of speakers and the number of microphones increase. SOLUTION: The echo cancellation device is equipped with an adder 101 and a subtractor 102 which generate a microphone output sum signal and a microphone output difference signal from the output signals for microphones for R and L channels, echo cancellers R103 and L104 which eliminate and generate echo components by the sound to be reproduced by a loud speaker for the R channel and echo components by the sound to be reproduced by a loud speaker for the L channel from the microphone output sum signal, and an LR separation part 105 which separates the sound into the sound of the R channel and the sound of the L channel to be reproduced on the receiving side.
