摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an amplifier with a broadband, low noises, high gain, a small size, and low power consumption. SOLUTION: The amplifier uses a resonant circuit comprising, e.g., an inductor and a capacitor as the load of a transistor 107. With regard to the capacitor, there is provided a configuration of changing over a plurality of capacitors 108, 109, 110 by a switch to vary a resonant frequency in response to a frequency hopping of an input signal. A transistor for canceling gate feed through is added to the switch to cancel ringing generated in switching.
