PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attacht a second speaker to the center of a first speaker, particularly in a state that the second speaker is stably and exactly positioned in a coaxial type speaker constituted so that the second speaker is attached to a center pole on which the magnetic circuit of a first speaker is formed. SOLUTION: A cylindrical support 30 approximately in a shape of a cup is formed by forging by a steel plate, the bottom of the cylindrical support 30 is fixed on the center pole 12 of the magnetic circuit 10 of the first speaker with a screw 31 and the outer peripheral surface of a magnetic circuit 33 of the second speaker 32 is engaged and held by an engagement support part at the tip and the opening side of the cylindrical support 30.
