PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication network system enabling optimum communication. SOLUTION: Master machines 2a, 2b, 2c periodically monitor the radio communication path information with a slave machine each, the data are collected by a server machine 1, the server machine 1 selects an optimum master machine and a radio communication path to the request generated by a mobile machine 4a that is the slave machine, and the communication with the master machine can be made.
