PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio controlled apparatus having a wide availability not attained by the control of the conventional hardware only. SOLUTION: Step inputs 110a, 110b and on-off inputs 120a, 120b generate operating signals for operating other apparatus. A small microcomputer 140 arranges the operating signals in the operating procedure of the other apparatus to form first data 630, inverts all the first data 630 to form second data 640, and processes so that the second data 640 follow the first data 630.
