PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield treatment structure of a shielded electric wire capable of improving a wire-holding force and electric connection performance by preventing defects caused by core wire falling-off from a grounding wire-holding protrusion part. SOLUTION: The shield treatment structure of the shielded electric wire 1 pinches the shielded electric wire 1 and a grounding wire 2 by two resin members 3, 3 and form a shield treatment part by subjecting the resin members 3, 3 to ultrasonic excitation while having compressive power act between the resin members 3, 3. Furthermore, in the shield treatment structure, a shielded wire housing groove 15 and a grounding wire housing groove 16 are formed on a jointing face 3a of each resin member 3, 3, and a grounding wire holding protrusion 17 is fitted in the vicinity of the shielded wire housing groove 15 and in a state protruded toward the grounding wire housing groove 16.
