PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pavement block capable of restraining the formation of a pool on the pavement block, even if a water quantity sprinkled on the pavement block becomes a large quantity, by holding a fixed quantity of water. SOLUTION: This pavement block 10 has a water permeable block body 20, and a water impermeable water retentive part 12 arranged in the block body 20 or on the bottom surface. A recessed part 18 capable of reserving water is formed on an upper surface of the water retentive part 12.
