PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box which can be easily set up by a simple operation without using staples, an adhesive tape or the like and surely keep flaps engaged. SOLUTION: The packaging box is structured so that both sides 9 and 9 of upper outer flaps 6 and 6 are lowered except their centers 8 and 8, cut lines are made in parallel longitudinally on upper inner flaps 7 and 7, and upper cover flaps 10 and 10 are cut out. The packaging box is structured so that when the upper outer flaps 6 and 6 are overlaid on the upper inner flaps 7 and 7 on the upper surface of the box, the upper cover flaps 10 and 10 are located between both sides 9 and 9 of the upper outer flaps 6 and 6, so that leading edges of the upper cover flaps 10 and 10 overlap both sides of the centers 8 and 8 of the upper outer flaps 6 and 6, and so that in this state leading edges of the upper cover flaps 10 and 10 of the upper inner flaps 7 and 7 are raised on both sides of the centers 8 and 8 of the upper outer flaps 6 and 6 to be engaged.
