摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To melt a solid material, which is previously crystallized into particles, into a semisolid having thixotropy characteristics in a solid-liquid coexisting state and to make a particle diameter of the solid phase of the semisolid and a solid phase ratio into a favorable state for molding. <P>SOLUTION: The molten metal of a magnesium alloy is cooled to a semi-molten metal including the solid phase. The semi-molten metal is cooled to a solid material in which the solid phase is crystallized into a particle shape. The solid material is made into a semi-molten metal by a molding machine, then pressurized and injected into a die. A ratio of the primary crystal of the solid material is set to 55-65%. The solid material is made into a semi-molten metal in the solid-liquid coexisting state by heating it at a selected heating temperature and made into the semisolid in which the size of the main solid phase is 50-250μm and the solid phase ratio is 30-70%. The semisolid is pressurized and injected into the die from a nozzle while holding the semisolid state, and molded to a metal product having a ratio of the primary crystal of 20-50%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p>
