<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically resupply power in order to restart an information processor when its start fails. <P>SOLUTION: This information processor is provided with a non-volatile memory 14 which stores an automatic power source ON time and a clock circuit 15 which clocks a current time. When the device power source is turned ON, a CPU 11 judges whether the start of the information processor has failed, and when judging that the start has failed, the CPU 11 calculates the automatic power source ON time on the basis of the current time, makes a memory 14 store it, and turns the device power source off.
