摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably operate a furnace top pressure turbine at high power, to reduce such substances in a blast furnace gas as to cause corrosion in the furnace top pressure turbine, and to remove ammonium chloride from the blast furnace gas without increasing an operation cost. <P>SOLUTION: This prevention method comprises adding an alkaline substance from an alkali-adding means 12 into the blast furnace gas which flows in a duct 5 toward the furnace top pressure turbine 3 from a blast furnace 1; adding ammonia from an ammonia-adding means 14 so that the concentration of ammonia in the blast furnace gas after the ammonia has been added can be two to four times higher than the sum of hydrogen chloride and chloride, to make ammonium chloride precipitate in the blast furnace gas; and collecting precipitated ammonium chloride with a dust-removing means 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p>
