<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a replay message corresponding to received information through a simple operation. <P>SOLUTION: Reply messages corresponding to replies to invitation letters (items shown as A in the figure), replies to the replies to the invitation letters (items shown as B in the figure), condition reports to rendezvous information (items shown as C in the figure), and replies to the condition reports (items shown as D in the figure) are classified and registered in a reply creation table 221 in a manner corresponding to received information. Because only the items corresponding to the received information are extracted for a user to select when creating a reply, the user can create the reply by selecting a desired message not from all the registered messages but from the messages matching the situation.
