<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a user reasonably execute an advise for physical activity for improvement in health. <P>SOLUTION: This system comprises: a data input part for inputting the result of a questionnaire survey for the physical activity in daily life of the user; a data processing part for analyzing and evaluating the data based on a predetermined reference; a data input part for inputting the result of the questionnaire survey for conscious exercise of the user; a data processing part for analyzing and evaluating the data based on a predetermined reference; and a data input part for inputting the actual physical activity data of the user measured by a physical activity measuring device for measuring the active state of the body.
