<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly minimize a business loss by presenting the degree of importance of a service to be influenced by a failure of a distributed system in real time. <P>SOLUTION: The method and system comprises, in addition to an integrated management part 200 for integrally monitoring the distributed system, a service influence management part 210 which takes the role for managing the relation between each service executed on the system and resources constituting it as predetermined information and returning, in response to a request from the integrated management part, information for a service to be influenced by the event; and an importance degree management part 220 which takes the role for forming the degree of importance of each service based on a predetermined rule or evaluation expression and returning, in response to a request from the integrated management part, the degree of importance of the service.
