<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a produce quality management system capable of providing quality traceability to final consumers while allowing producers to easily input result data during farm work. <P>SOLUTION: The produce quality management system includes a quality management database for recording the master data of producers of produce, the ledger data of fields where the producers raise the farm produce, and result data about the kinds of cultivated crops, planting, fertilization, pest control and harvesting for each field. The database is installed in such a way that it can be accessed via the Internet. Further, the system includes a voice response device, a voice recognition device, and a Fax-OCR device, all of which are connected by LAN to the system.
