PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition heatable with electromagnetic waves which heats in a large area and quickly surfaces of roads, slopes and building floors, roof materials, and railroad sleepers. SOLUTION: The composition is obtained by cohering a ferritic inorganic granular material or a crushed material with a binder.
