PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roadside apparatus capable of transmitting valid data, without increase in the data amount, even when there is increase in the number of vehicles, when transmitting the measured data from vehicles to a center station. SOLUTION: A measured data processing system comprises a vehicle apparatus 10 mounted on a vehicle for measuring various data of the vehicle, a roadside apparatus 20 provided corresponding to a travel area for the vehicle to travel, and a center station 30 for receiving the data processed at the roadside apparatus 20, wherein the roadside apparatus 20 comprises a road-to-vehicle communication part 21 for receiving measured data transmitted from the vehicle apparatus 10; a measured data storage part 22 for storing the measured data received by the road-to-vehicle communication part 21, a measured data consolidating part 23 for consolidating the measured data stored in the measured data storage part 22, and a roadside-to-center communication part 24 for transmitting the consolidated measured data consolidated by the measured data consolidation part 23 to the center station 30.
