PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel pump module, reducing emission of fuel vapor and including an integrated vapor exhaust manifold. SOLUTION: This fuel pump module includes a module flange 20 having two or more vapor intake ports on the base side thereof and adapted to introduce fuel vapor from exhaust valves 30, 40, 50 close to and separate from each other through the intake ports into the vapor manifold 22 in a fuel tank 11. The fuel vapor collected by the separated exhaust valve 30 is carried to the vapor manifold 22 by an internal exhaust pipe 34 provided in the tank. Thus, the vapor can be restrained from being discharged from an external vapor tube. The fuel vapor introduced into the vapor manifold 22 is mixed and can be discharged from a single outlet 26 connected to the external vapor tube 62 communicated with a storage container 60.
