LASER USING WAVELENGTH STABILIZING FILTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor lasers whose oscillation wavelength is stabilized with high precision by a simple method. SOLUTION: This wavelength-stabilized semiconductor laser is a wavelength-stabilized laser which uses a wedge type filter to stabilize the wavelength of the semiconductor laser. One surface of the wedge type filter is a narrow band-pass filter and the other surface is formed of a wide band-pass filter or optically polished surface whose reflectivity is controlled; and the surface of the narrow band-pass filter side is installed opposite the semiconductor laser.
