PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a good disk surface wobbling reducing effect in a recording/reproducing position in a disk radial direction by simply controlling a main/sub stabilizing member for providing Beronoulli effect when a flexible optical disk is rotated, and to facilitate the position adjustment of an optical pickup with respect to the recording/reproducing position accompanied by the control. SOLUTION: A main stabilizing member 5 for providing Bernoulli effect on a flexible optical disk 1 is extended while opposing the scanning flow line R of the optical pickup, and an auxiliary stabilizing member 6 is set close to the scanning flow line R of the optical pickup to generate an operation force against the main stabilizing member 5 and arranged in one area S2 of two areas S1 and S2 into which the in-surface of the optical dick is divided by a straight line A passed through the center of the optical disk 1.
