PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retrieve and recommend appropriate contents for every user corresponding to the state of feelings or the change of the state of feelings for every user. SOLUTION: One or more kinds of biometric information for a user are detected by a recording apparatus 11 and analyzed by a feeling information analysis part in the recording apparatus 11, so that the state of feelings for the user, which is a supply origin of the biometric information, is analyzed. Based on the analysis results or the state of feelings for the user, a CPU 31 and a contents recommendation processing part 24 cooperate and retrieve contents suitable for the user from a contents information database 22 or through a communication part 21 to notify them to the user through a user interface 33.
