PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent easy opening by strengthening the locking system of the door of a vending machine; and to form good operability by increasing resistance force even for forced destruction, or the like. SOLUTION: The device is provided with an inner key 4 electronically operated by a remote control key 3 in addition to an outer key 2 externally exposing an operation section 2a. The inner key 4 is provided with a locking unit 12 at two places, the upper portion and the lower portion, adjacent to the door 5 at its opening side, and is movable into and out of engagement with a fixed fitting 14 at the interior side. The locking unit 12 is formed to an automatic locking state after closing the door 5 and is unlocked by the remote control key 3.
