DISPLAY DEVICE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that charge amounts of first and second particles are reduced by moisture invading when a panel is manufactured or moisture infiltrating from an external part to the inner part of the panel and satisfactory display can not be performed and that aggregation bodies strongly bonded by liquid crosslinking force are formed and numbers of defective display parts are generated. SOLUTION: A particle-shaped drying agent 13 is dispersed and encapsulated together with black particles 11 and white particles 12 between substrates. The particle-shaped drying agent 13 desirably has a spherical shape and a white color and the particle diameter thereof is desirably nearly equal to particle diameters of the black and white particles. The filling factor of the particle-shaped drying agent 13 is desirably about 1 to 10% ratio by weight to the black and white particles 11 and 12. After an air layer 10 is filled with the black and white particles 11 and 12 and the particle-shaped drying agent 13, peripheral parts of upper and lower substrates 1 and 2 are tightly sealed by using an epoxy adhesive and the like.
